    2. If you are a first time user, complete a one-time eKYC process for verification.<\/li>
    3. If you choose Business Account, you will need to upload an SSM document.<\/li>
    4. Click \u201cRequest Payment\u201d on the dashboard screen.<\/li>
    5. Click on \u201cNew Request\u201d as your Request type.
      Fill up all the necessary details including the payer details.<\/li>
    6. Attach Invoice that consisted of account holder name, bank details & the amount.<\/li>
    7. Click on the ‘Fee Type’ and choose who to bear the transaction (*For International cards, payer must have a Malaysian Phone Number)<\/li>
    8. Confirm the payment details and jomSETTLE will send an email and SMS to notify the payer about the request payment.<\/li>
