This is a guideline set by the Central Bank of Malaysia (BNM), thus our users are required to complete a one-time eKYC process during registration. This update will reduce your eKYC approval time from 24 hours down to 3-5 minutes. Providing you a faster and more pleasant experience during your registration and allowing you to access the full functionality of our system.
How does it work?
Before you begin your eKYC verification process, make sure that you have the following items with you:

Once done, click submit and we will start verifying your document. This process usually takes up to 5 minutes and we will notify you of the result via email. You can view our full registration step here.

If You are Registering for Business Account
For Business Account, you are required to perform an additional step that is to upload your SSM document for verification before you can start to make any payment. This verification process will take up to 24 hours. However, you can always speed up this process by contacting our LiveChat support.
