Step 1 – Log in to www.jomsettle.com
Step 2 – You need to update your electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) before you start making any payment.
Step 3 – Click on your account profile icon on the upper right-hand side of your dashboard.
Step 4 – Upload your MyKad / Passport / SSM image: a. Company SSM (Business account) b. MyKad/Passport first page c. MyKad/Passport last page d. Picture of user holding the MyKad / Passport first page
Step 4 – Click “Save”
Step 5 – Your eKYC submission processing time will be completed within 1 business working day.
Step 6 – Once your account has been verified via email, you can log in to your jomSETTLE Account.
